follow Shorties on Instagram (our username is shortieskids )

post an instagram of something in the same colour as the scooter you hope to win - choose from red pink yellow blue green or orange

make sure you label it with the hashtag #shortiesfreestuff

Competition starts Tuesday Feb 5 and we'll be judging the winner on 19th Feb

so you have two weeks!

Enter as many times as you like, with different pictures (please stick to one colour though!).

We love Instagram!

You've probably noticed us getting pretty excited about Instagram lately – if you haven't already, we reckon you should jump on board.

It's so much fun to share photos with your friends and followers, and a great incentive to document the special parts of your day. Plus you can add filters and frames to your pictures if that's what floats your boat.

Not sure how to start? Just download the Instagram app from the iTunes store onto your smartphone, and from there it's really easy to get it all set up and start happy snapping.

Tinyfolk Shadow Puppets

When I was a wee lass I tried making shadow puppets out of paper. My creations were a bit sad and perhaps looked more like blobs than characters, but I loved them anyway. Pretty sure I would have gone bananas for these Tinyfolk shadow puppet sets!

There are two themes to choose from, Fairytale and Moon. The puppets are laser cut from thick, high quality matboard, ideal for casting a strong shadow. Kids will spin tales and invent worlds, using just a lamp (or the sun) and their imagination.
