BIKESydney, The Watershed and City of Sydney have teamed up to roll out Sydney’s first Cargo Bike Picnic on Sun  Dec 4. A family friendly ride from Centennial Park will deliver you to Sydney Park. Or just rock on down to the park for a day loaded with fun!

Yard Sale (Starts Today)

Our Yard Sale kicked off today! We were so happy to see so many of you bright and early, having a rummage and taking home big bags of Dragstar and Shorties bargains.

The sale continues over the weekend, ending on Monday afternoon. There are $5 and $10 tables for you to peruse, and big racks of old stock and samples. Here are a few pics we snapped today:

It's a rainy day in Sydney today and Minty, Sadie and Lola, three adorable Shorties Kids, thought they would sample our fantastic collection of kids umbrellas. Cute!!!

It's The Shorties Yard Sale!

Okay folks - you've been waiting to hear us say this all year - the Shorties/Dragstar Yard Sale is coming to town! For four days only we'll be setting up shop in 531 King Street (next to Martini Cafe) offering up a whole swag of heavily reduced sale stock, one-off sample pieces and all manner of cheap and cheerful goodies.

We Were Kids Too! Competition

Ah, nostalgia. It's the rose-tinted glasses of memory. Thinking back to childhood, we usually remember all the totally awesome parts most vividly, and suddenly all that funny music and 'interesting' attire seems quaint, perhaps even amazing.

 Just when we thought we had seen the best of the best from Munster (Astro Boy anyone?) a box filled with these awesome t-shirts landed on our doorstep.

We currently have all sizes in stock from 1 - 12, but they will definitely not last long!

Kid-O Toys

We've been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Kid-O toys on Australian shores for a very long time now, and boy oh boy, we have not been disappointed. These push along plastic cars and trucks are just so neat. The 'Go Cars' are easy to grip and push along, rolling smoothly and QUIETLY. Paradise.
